Stewards

At What's Brewing Cafe, Stewards play a key role in keeping our kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. As part of the hospitality team, you will support chefs and service staff to ensure smooth operations and a great experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area
• Handle dishwashing, cutlery, and table setup
• Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation tasks
• Support wait staff in serving food and beverages when required
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Experience as a Steward or similar hospitality role preferred
• Strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive and helpful attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays
