We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join What's Brewing Cafe and bring authentic Asian flavors to our guests. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes with precision, flavor balance, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Chinese cuisine including noodles, stir-fries, soups, and dim sum
Develop and introduce innovative Asian-inspired dishes
Maintain taste, quality, and portion consistency across all dishes
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
Collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant or hotel
Strong knowledge of wok cooking, sauces, and seasoning techniques
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
Creativity in developing fusion and signature dishes
Commitment to hygiene and kitchen safety standards
