We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our kitchen team at What's Brewing Cafe. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of every dish
Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Manage ingredients, stock levels, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Requirements

Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, recipes, and cooking methods
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Creativity in developing new dishes and specials
Commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards
