F & B Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team at What's Brewing Cafe. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations
• Maintain quality, consistency, and service standards
• Train, mentor, and manage service staff
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
• Handle customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F & B Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of multi cuisine menus and beverages
• Ability to manage operations in a fast paced environment
• Hospitality degree or certification is a plus
